1. My artwork is intended for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.2. Upon completion, I reserve the right to showcase the finished commission on my social media or portfolio unless specified otherwise.3. You are not permitted to alter, modify, or distribute my artwork without prior consent.4. I retain the right to refuse any commission or client at my discretion. Advance notice will be given whenever possible.5. In the event that I am unable to continue or complete your commission, a full refund will be issued promptly. While unlikely, I will inform you immediately.6. The artwork provided is not to be used for training artificial intelligence models. Violation of this will result in blacklisting.
PAYMENT:
7. Payments will be processed via PayPal and Pix invoice.8. Refunds will not be issued once I have commenced the coloring stage of your commission. However, I am open to discussing any concerns or issues you may have.9. Cancelling a commission before payment is sent will not result in any penalties as long as you communicate your decision promptly.10. Payment initiation will be handled by me to prevent any payment-related issues. Please refrain from sending any form of payment until your commission has been formally accepted by me.
